Raspberry Creek Catering Wanaka is headed by Emilie Brosnahan and Brona Parsons. Combined they have over 35 years experience in the industry, they make a perfect team.

Brona began cooking at the age of twelve in her sister’s Cafe and has travelled the World extensively, cooking and eating! Her love of New Zealand and her environment shows in her cooking. She is passionate about using local producers and the best seasonal ingredients that New Zealand has on offer

Emilie has extensive experience working Front of House; having worked in London, Sydney and on Super Yachts in Europe. She can flawlessly organise her team to create seamless professional service. Her Love of the outdoors saw her eventually settled in Wanaka, where she met Brona.

Together, we specialise in catering corporate events, cocktail parties and weddings, cooking in your own kitchen or providing unique settings for your occasion. At Raspberry Creek, we are proud of our use of locally sourced, high quality ingredients.
