Raspberry Creek Catering Wanaka is headed by Emma Law, Sam Metcalfe and Emilie Brosnahan. Combined they have over 80 years experience in the industry, they make a perfect team.
Emma is the newest addition to the Raspberry Creek team. She has a diverse career background and brings a creative flair to the business. Following the completion of a Bachelor of Fashion Design in Dunedin, she worked as a fashion designer in Christchurch before traveling overseas where she had many varied and interesting roles. She spent 3 seasons in the French Alps hosting and cooking in ski chalets. She also worked as a Recruitment consultant in London. Her love for the mountains and the outdoors saw her move back to NZ to Wanaka where she has worked in Events, Marketing and hosting hunters at Lake Hawea. She combines her creativity and organisational skills that will ensure your event is run Smoothly and professionally.
Sam Metcalfe moved to Wanaka in 2014 from Brighton, UK and has run the Raspberry Creek food operation since this time. Sam is also the brains behind the popular winter pop up restaurant ‘Chef’s Table’ at Rippon Vineyard. Sam has a pedigree of top London restaurants, cutting his teeth in places such as Chez Nico and The Belvedere Hotel before opening his own two award winning restaurants in Brighton, ‘Sevendials Restaurant’ and ‘Sam’s of Brighton’.
Emilie has extensive experience working Front of House; having worked in London, Sydney and on Super Yachts in Europe. She can flawlessly organise her team to create seamless professional service. Her Love of the outdoors saw her eventually settle in Wanaka.
Together, we specialise in catering corporate events, cocktail parties and weddings, cooking in your own kitchen or providing unique settings for your occasion. At Raspberry Creek, we are proud of our use of locally sourced, high quality ingredients.
