Our wedding menu packages will include (based on minimum 100 people exclusive of GST):
Creative menus put together by our executive chef to suit your requirements
Chef and kitchen staff for the day and days prior for prep
Waits staff (6 X wait staff for 10 hrs and 2 X bar staff for 10 hrs)
Crockery and cutlery needed for the evening (including Tea and Coffee facilities)
Complementary wedding menu for each guest
Our mobile kitchen truck if required, discount for venues with commercial kitchen facilities
Continuous communication with our event planner throughout the planning process
Addition of specific meals to accommodate guests with dietary requirements
Tea and coffee.

We are here to offer your one stop shop to all your wedding day needs.
We can help you organize all the other essentials for the day and we use only the best of our local suppliers to ensure the finest quality and superior service.
Items not included in our menus that we are happy to organise for you are:
Marquee Venue hire
Tablecloths Linen napkins
Decoration (Vases, candle holders, birdcages e.t.c)
Chiller trailer Umbrellas
Music and entertainment
Hair and make up
An additional rate of $75 an hour will be charged for any extra planning that you may require.
