Temporary hospitality Staff – The Client agrees to pay all charges invoiced by Raspberry Creek on pre-arranged terms
Raspberry creek reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue invoices
A minimum assignment length is four hours per day. A charge equal to four hours at the hourly rate is payable for any assignment with a duration of less than four hours per day
Staff are charged out at twice the normal hourly rate on public holidays and peak Christmas holiday period 22nd December to 4th January
The Client agrees not to directly offer temporary work to any staff introduced by Raspberry creek
Client agrees to pay a finder’s fee of 20% of annual salary to Raspberry Creek if a candidate referred to the client is directly offered a full-time position whilst on a temporary contract
Goods and services tax is added to all invoices
Cancellation must be advised to Raspberry creek by the Client no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the assignment. Failure to do so will incur a total invoice.
Raspberry Creek reserves the right to substitute one Temporary for another. Substitute temporary would be of equal ability
Insurance – The temporary is not covered under the insurance policy of Raspberry creek. In the event the Temporary is required to handle valuables, cars, cash, machinery, documentation or equipment whether on or off the premises of the Client, the Client will immediately decide for the Temporary to be endorsed on the insurance policy of the Client with appropriate cover for the specific circumstances.
Under no circumstances will Raspberry Creek be held liable for any losses incurred because of the Client’s failure to take out or maintain such insurance.
The Client agrees to pay travel fees to and from venue
The Client will provide the Temporary with a hazard free work safe environment.
